Meet Eide Ford Mandan’s Body Shop Manager, Will Wight!

Will Wight is the Body Shop Manager at Eide Ford Mandan. Will has been working in this building since 2015. He started as the Body Shop Assistant, then got promoted to the Assistant Body Shop Manager the next year, while also doing some technician work. Then in April 2022, Will became the Body Shop Manager. In his free time, Will likes to go camping, hunting, and hanging out with his family.

“Eide Ford Mandan has a very unique work environment. Everyone is very comfortable with each other, which gives it a special family atmosphere. It never feels like you’re at work, and that’s the best part.”

“My favorite thing about being the Body Shop Manager is that I am able to help people advance and grow within the department. You get a sense of accomplishment when you’re working on a project, being able to see the before and after. Being able to teach and work with our technicians and seeing their growth creates strong friendships and a good shop environment.” 

“I am very thankful for the Eide organization. They have turned around our dealership, and we have seen tremendous growth in these last months, especially in the body shop. It is super cool to watch all of our body shop technicians grow every day. Personally, I have been able to grow so much both personally and professionally. The changes myself and everyone else have within the Eide organization to excel in every possible way is an amazing thing to be a part of. Everyone is always learning, and being able to see each department grow each day is amazing.”
