Meet our Facilities Director, Scott Stevens!

Meet our Facilities Director for our Bismarck & Mandan locations, Scott Stevens! 

Scott started working at Eide Chrysler in 2019 as the Washbay Manager. He was promoted to Facilities Manager at Eide Chrysler in 2021, and then became the facility manager at Eide Ford Mandan and Eide Kia in 2022. On January 1, 2025, he became Facilities Director of all 6 of our Eide dealerships in Bismarck and Mandan, which means he has 15 buildings on 9 separate properties to maintain.

Scott served in the military for 23 years, and served in Iraq during the Global War on Terrorism. The military taught him a lot about teamwork and leadership, two things that he encompasses every day. “I think it is important to take ownership, and own your mistakes. By taking responsibility for yourself and your team, you become a better leader, and your team is able to succeed. Leadership is important to me because it is everything in a company; without leadership, there is no success.”

“I love the challenge of being Facilities Director,” Scott says. “No two days are the same, but being able to find solutions is always rewarding. We are in the process of getting ahead of future projects, and setting up systems and processes that will be beneficial for the maintenance of all the facilities within the Eide organization.”

“I have learned and grown a lot in my last 6 years with Eide,” says Scott. “I am incredibly thankful to be working for a company where we are all working towards the same goal, where my work is valued, and I know I am making a difference.”

Being in charge of many facilities keeps Scott very busy, but he is here to make sure that all building and lot maintenance is maintained for our staff and customers. If you see an issue that needs to be addressed, let your department manager know, and they will reach out to Scott to inform him of the issue, so that it will be resolved in a timely manner.

“Scott has been a very integral part of the Eide Automotive Group’s growth over the last 6 years,” says Jesse Peterson, President and CEO of the Eide Automotive Group. “He has been with us from 2 dealerships and 5 buildings, to 8 dealerships overall and 15 buildings in Bismarck and Mandan. 

Scott spends his time woodworking and working on cars.
