Meet our new General Sales Manager, Ryne Balzer!

Please join us in welcoming our new General Sales Manager, Ryne Balzer! 

The Eide Automotive Group prides itself on promoting from within, and Ryne Balzer is the perfect example of someone who worked his way up and earned his positions along the way, becoming a leader many look up to within the organization. 

Ryne started working in the automotive industry in 2008, and joined the Eide family in 2018 as a business manager at Eide Ford in Bismarck. In January of 2019, he was promoted to Internet Sales Manager, and then later that year, he moved down to Eide Chrysler Pine City and took on the role of General Sales Manager. For almost 4 years, Ryne helped that store grow, and then rejoined us in Bismarck at Eide Ford as Finance Director. And now, Ryne is promoted to General Sales Manager at Eide Ford Mandan! 

When asked what he enjoys most about the automotive industry, Ryne said the people. “I get to work with many excellent people day in and day out, as well as customers whom I have built strong friendships with throughout the year.” 

“I am excited for this next opportunity to teach our younger staff, and gain knowledge from our employees who have been here longer than me,” Ryne said. 

 “We are an organization filled with great learners,” says Ryne. “We are constantly learning from one another and in most cases learning together. Eide is an organization focused on the future of the automotive industry and I am proud to be a member of the Eide Automotive Group.”

I will eternally be thankful for the Eide family I have been blessed with and the growth I have experienced through my time here, and am excited to continue my career here for many years to come.”

“Ryne is one of the most involved managers I’ve met,” says Jesse Schuchard, General Manager at Eide Ford in Bismarck. “He does a great job trying to figure out the best solution for our customers. He’s very deserving of this opportunity at our Mandan location, and I look forward to seeing what he can do there.” 

“We are super excited to have Balzer join our team here in Mandan,” says Adam Griffith, General Manager at Eide Ford Mandan. “He has great knowledge of the automotive industry as a whole, and he is a great addition to our store, our team, and our Mandan community.”

In his free time, he likes to spend time with his wife and daughters, traveling, golfing and fishing.
