Meet our newest Business Manager, Dakota Galt!

Promotions within our organization are something we look forward to. Our employees work hard everyday to encompass the Eide culture, and we are proud to be able to announce that one of our very own has earned a new job title. 

Dakota Galt, previously a Sales Consultant at Eide Ford Mandan, has been promoted to Business Manager as of May 1! 

Meet Dakota

Dakota joined our Eide family in July 2021, and when we became Eide Ford Mandan in August of 2022, he transferred over to join our sales team. And after two years of hard work, he joined our finance team. 

When asked what he likes about the automotive industry, he says he likes that it is fast paced, that every day is a new adventure, and that they get to sell some pretty cool products. 

“We have a very outgoing and fun environment here at Eide Ford Mandan,” says Dakota. “Everyone is team oriented, and will help each other out without question. The culture that we have built here is something I wouldn’t trade. These people have become my closest friends, and I look forward to coming to work because I get to be with my family everyday.”

In this next step in his career, Dakota is excited to continue to learn more, not only about the finance side of a sale, but also of the overall dealership operations. “There is so much more growth to be had, and I am excited to do it with this team, and meet new people along the way.”

“The Eide organization and all of its management has always been there for me, through all the highs and lows of both my personal and professional life,” Dakota says. “They have always cared about me as a person, and I am so thankful that they have given me the opportunity to succeed in both my career and my life.”

“Dakota has really stepped up and worked hard to earn his new position,” says Adam Griffith, General Manager of Eide Ford Mandan. “We are excited to have him as a part of our finance team, and to help our sales department continue to grow into the future.”

In his free time, he likes to workout, travel and spend time outdoors, especially playing pickleball.
