New Management Changes at Eide Ford Mandan and Eide Kia

We have had a lot of management changes within the last few months, and we are excited to see so many of our employees grow in their careers, and move into management roles within the Eide Automotive Group. 

Two people who we want to highlight this month are huge parts of our team here at Eide Ford Mandan and Eide Kia. They have embraced the Eide culture and grown into great leaders: Garin Anderson, Business Manager, and Deven Moser, Sales Manager! 

Meet Garin

Garin joined our team in April 2024 as a Sales Consultant, and was promoted to Business Manager in June 2025. 

“I loved selling cars because of the connection I was able to make with my customers while they were trying to find their next vehicle,” says Garin. “I loved being a part of their car buying journey, and am excited to still be a part of their journeys, just in a different way now.”

“Our team here at Eide Ford Mandan and Eide Kia is a family; it has become my second home,” Garin says. “I can talk to everyone about anything, and the culture we have created here is fun and trusting. Everyone wants to help each other in any way we can, and we are all learning and growing together every day.”

Every day looks different in the automotive industry and brings on different situations, but every day Garin gets to help the sales team during the sales process, work with customers, and help answer any questions they may have. “I love getting to know my customers, learning their story, and why they need a new vehicle.”

“I have learned a lot in the last few months about the finance side of our business, which has helped me to better understand the sales process. All of the managers have been helping me to grow in my career, and I am excited to see what the future holds for me.”

“I would like to say a special thank you to my mom, for raising me to become the man I am today, and for teaching me the importance of respect to give to other people. I would also like to thank Adam Griffith and Jaden Jangula, for helping me to grow in this industry, and teaching me to do my job well.”

In his spare time, he likes to do anything outdoors, including golfing and hunting. 

“It didn’t take Garin long to move from sales to Business Manager,” says Adam Griffith, General Manager. “He is a fast learner, and is very good with customers and detail oriented. He is a good fit for our business office, and we are looking forward to watching him continue to grow in this position.”

Meet Deven

Deven joined the team in October 2011 as a Sales Consultant, and sold for 12 years until he was promoted to Business Manager in October 2023. He was then promoted to Sales Manager in June 2025. 

“I enjoyed working in the finance department because I was able to help our customers get into the car that they wanted,” Deven said. “I loved meeting new people, and also working with our sales team. Now being a sales manager, I love working with our sales team and customers in a new way.”

“We have a great team here at Eide Ford Mandan and Eide Kia,” says Deven. “We are always having fun, and each day brings something new. I love that every day is different, bringing new challenges and adventures to learn from. I get to work hands on our team going through leads, helping them better serve their customers, and helping to make their jobs easier.”

“I am thankful for the culture we have created at Eide Ford Mandan and Eide Kia. We have an excellent team from top to bottom in every department, where everyone has the opportunity for growth. I love working for the Eide Automotive Group because they are family oriented, and there is always the opportunity for growth in your career.”

“I would like to say a thank you to all of my coworkers through the years, who have been my support system at work, helping me to grow and succeed.”

In his spare time, he likes to spend time outdoors, and being with his family. 

“Deven has been in the business for a long time, and is very knowledgeable about the industry,” says Adam. “We are excited to have him in the position of sales manager, to help coach our sales staff, and continue to be a leader in our stores.”

Garin and Deven are great examples of how Eide focuses on developing our people and promoting from within. We are thankful for everything Garin and Deven have done for Eide Ford Mandan, Eide Kia, and all of our customers! We are excited to see how they both grow within their roles and develop their careers with the Eide Automotive Group in the future!
