I had a great experience with Eide Chrysler. Cole Kingsley (sales) was professional, and helped the process to be easy. Kyle Edwards ( internet sales) was helpful, and went out of his way to make sure Eide as a company was taking care of me as a consumer. And then there was Jeremiah Johnson (business office). This guys a rockstar. Pure platinum customer service. If you leave feeling uniformed; it certainly is not from this team’s lack of knowledge and experience. Justin hustlar helped me and my wife purchase an older dodge that they had.. was good price for what it is. I paid cash, was nice that they allowed me to swipe the card for the money due to my bank not being one that this state has. Besides on military bases which is pretty far away. Was not sure if I was going to be buying it first day. But later that evening I messaged him at about 9:40 at night and bought the truck he helped me then and then he came in the morning of his day off to finish up the paper work. If I bought another truck from this dealership I would deal with him.
