Started to work with Chris Klein a month ago, sadly on the way to trade in my truck I got tboned and that totaled out my truck. The thing that made me come back to Eide instead of finding something in Minot wasn’t the fact Eide had way better deals and prices was for the fact that Chris kept in contact the whole month we waited to hear from Insurance. After waiting a month and nothing went down on a Saturday tested 2 trucks and Chris and the team worked with what they could to get me a good price and truck that could haul my horses. I left happily in my new/used Ram Big Horn. We also same day bought another truck thanks to Chris and the team for not only staying late but helping us find another one. What stood out most was how personable he was. Joey took the time to get to know my aunt, listen to her concerns, and make sure she never felt rushed or pressured. Throughout the entire process, he continuously checked in on her, making sure she was doing okay and felt confident in every decision she made. His empathy, humility, and understanding were evident in every interaction. He helped her trade in her vehicle and find a brand-new car that fit her needs, guiding her through each step with care and professionalism. He remained honest about every thing.
