The employees at this place have been nothing but transparent and helpful throughout. I bought my elderly relative a truck to drive on his farm. They helped us find a suitable vehicle for him in consideration of his age and abilities. Emmit Brooks was patient and kind with the whole process. After a couple years my relative could not drive anymore and we had to cancel the service contract. I called and was asking for information so I could submit my request to cancel and get my refund. Emmit called me right back and offered to take care of it all for me. That is the kind of service I pay for. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.

Weston was top notch! He was very responsive and a very good listener. I felt like he truly cared about finding me the right vehicle at the right time. Weston also took the time to thank his team in the shop with a sincere thank you. Shout out to such a young gentleman who has many more relationships with customers to build. Keep up the great work.

After a less than ideal experience at another local dealership, I was referred by a coworker to Eide Ford in Mandan. I was looking to buy a vehicle with a very specific (and apparently somewhat rare) combination of features, and I did not want to wait for one to be ordered and assembled, nor did I want to compromise on the options. Lee Belohlavek and Adam Griffith were able to locate one that was exactly what I was looking for, obtain it, and get it delivered here within a week- far exceeding all of my expectations. 10/10 experience, would highly highly recommend!!!!
