I had a great experience purchasing my 2024 F-150 Raptor from Eide Ford. I live about three hours away, so I had a lot of questions before making the trip. Steve, the sales associate I worked with, was awesome throughout the entire process. He was incredibly responsive, quick to communicate, knowledgeable, and never put any pressure on us. Most of the deal was handled remotely, which made everything very convenient. When we arrived at the dealership, the entire closing process took about an hour, and most of that time was spent with Steve going over the features of the new truck and making sure we were comfortable with everything. The vehicle was exactly as described, there were no surprise fees, and they honored the trade-in value we had agreed upon. Emmit in finance was fantastic to work with as well. The paperwork process was efficient, he was easy to work with, and he was able to secure a very competitive interest rate. Buying a vehicle from several hours away can be stressful, but Eide Ford made the experience easy and straightforward from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and would highly recommend working with Steve and Emit if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Everyone at Eide was very professional in our vehicle purchase. We purchased a used vehicle as is with no warranty. We did purchase the extended warranty on the drive train. After having the vehicle for a couple days we noticed a few issues with the truck and I was worried about the as is because the issues were not in the drive train. Between Billy, Deno, and the service team all issues were resolved after a couple visits. I was not billed for any of the follow up services.
