Excellent buying experience overall! Lee and Dakota were so incredibly accommodating. I have bought all my cars over the past 30 years from the same individual at the same dealer, but he recently retired so I had to start new. I made the drive to Bismarck after having good interactions with these two individuals, and I am happy to say, they met and exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. This was a good investment of my time and I plan to buy my vehicles moving forward from Lee and Dakota!

I cannot sing their praises enough. My boyfriend and I were moving cross-country from OR to RI when the transmission took a nosedive and we got stuck in Bismarck, almost 6hrs from our destination for the night. We scrambled for over an hour to desperately find a mechanic, but nothing panned out. We realized we had no option but to get a new car, so we found ourselves at Ford around 2pm. For the next SIX hours, Emmitt and Dakota did everything in their power to work with our strict budget and get us back on the road. "Patient" is an understatement! They never gave up on us and, at the end, we drove away in a Subaru Forester, the exact car my boyfriend ironically wanted to upgrade to. After all that, Emmitt even offered to help us transfer all of our stuff to the new car. Absolutely lovely people there. We can't thank y'all enough.

Dakota and the manager were really helpful and flexible with finding the right monthly payment for me. After leaving the dealership, I ended up hitting a HUGE pothole and got a flat tire, so Dakota came and helped me change my tire! He even called a few places to find my tire for me as I don’t live in Bismarck/Mandan. Amazing service and a great guy!

Want to give a big 5 stars to Eide Ford. Especially want to thank salesman Dakota Galt and F&I Ryaan Morgan and all the other managers that were involved for making the best and smoothest car transaction I have ever had. This was out of state deal as I'm in Texas and they treated just like I would be a life long customer. Everybody was friendly and got me in and out of the dealer in less than an hour just like I asked them to do so I could get back on the road. Again, thank you all!
