When we arrived at the dealership we were totally familiar with what to expect, did a walk around inspection, took it for a test drive, completed all paperwork and was out the door in 5 minutes. We especially appreciated how considerate he was about #1 asking permission to keep in contact about cars as they got traded in (I was looking at used vehicles), #2 making sure he was looking for just the right car for us, and #3 kept in touch through the process without ever being pushy or trying to "Sell" us something. We did end up working with a couple of salesmen at other dealerships through the process, which made us realize how much more comfortable Joey made the process feel than everyone else. He really stood out above all the others, and in the end, Joey found us just the car we needed. We will definitely be using him to find more cars for us in the future.
