The whole experience was pleasant. My three children and wife were present during the whole time including the financing process, the finance specialist, Emmitt welcomed my children to learn that process. Our sales expert Lee was top notch. It felt like I was catching up with a friend I hadn’t seen in awhile. On the drive home with the new vehicle, which was priced very well, my children commented how nice he was. When all was completed, a manager thanked us for the business. In all my years of buying cars, I've never experienced such professionalism, courtesy, and a dealership that really sticks to their word! The process was quick. I made a couple phone calls to inquire about the vehicle I wanted, Lee return my call promptly and gave me all the information i needed, followed up with an electronic application and about an hour later the finance department was approving me. All I had to do was walk in and pick up my new vehicle. Upon arrival at the Ford dealership they got me acquainted with my new purchase and then I signed all the paperwork I was in and out of there in about an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend ed Edie Ford as well as ask for Lee for your sales guy and Ryne for your finance guy, true experts! Before my purchase I did a lot of research and Eide Ford really does have the best prices and no haggling and no games, Just straightforward. Good business.

Excellent buying experience overall! Lee and Dakota were so incredibly accommodating. I have bought all my cars over the past 30 years from the same individual at the same dealer, but he recently retired so I had to start new. I made the drive to Bismarck after having good interactions with these two individuals, and I am happy to say, they met and exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. This was a good investment of my time and I plan to buy my vehicles moving forward from Lee and Dakota!
