Ryan Morgan did an excellent job of helping me terminate my lease in a timely and accurate way. Even though the lease was through Eide Ford Bismarck, thank you Ryan for your professional and timely help. In my three months of trying to terminate the lease with Eide Ford Bismarck no one would call me back. Even after calling Ford Credit and being told some Finance Director in Bismarck would call me back, crickets from Eide Ford Bismarck. I expect nothing more from them in the future. I only mention this because Ryan from Eide Ford Mandan responded to my cold call and we got the lease termination resolved in a day. I just bought a vehicle yesterday from Eide in Mandan. Joey & Ryan were remarkable when it came to getting me into the vehicle I wanted & payments close to where I wanted! I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Eide...in fact, when its time for me to get another I will go back to Eide!!! Beth at the front desk is pretty awesome too!

If I could give 10 stars I would they treated me like a valued customer from the second I called, had a had a terrible experience at ryan motors in williston trying to scam me so I figured I would take my business anywhere else and Eide Chrysler did not disappoint one bit from the sales people to the finance manger they showed me what it means to create a life time customer I can honestly say that I can recommend this place to my loved ones with a clear mind knowing that will be taken care of Crayno Rayfield the car sales man deserves a raise if he hasn't already got one.
