Good customer care. Someone recommended the outlet from Dickinson who had got a from there and all she said was just what i experienced. Will sury recommend the outlet to someone else. Keep it up.

I just leased my third vehicle through Eide. They make you feel so comfortable and explain things at a level to your understanding. Lewis was exceptionally great. He had a personality that made you feel welcome. He had a great knowledge of the process to expedite everything. If I lease another vehicle I will definitely go back there.

I had a recall that needed to be done on a vehicle that was purchased from another dealership and the people in the service department were excellent. It was a great experience that will definitely make me go there for my next new Ford purchase!

Keith was fantastic to work with as was all the staff. Dillion walked us through all our options and explained everything at every step. All had a great attention to detail which you don’t see very often these days. We will be back for sure and will promote Eide all day .

My oil pan has recently had to be rethreaded, and so the plug is a little bigger than normal causing some oil to drip after an oil change. I mentioned it to the service tech, and they took my F150 back to look at it. Tightened the plug, and then found a solution to an issue I’ve had for over a year where the truck sounds like rumble strips. I’ve taken it to multiple service departments and no one has figured it out, until Rodney. Thank you! It’s been a couple of days and no annoying noise! Will definitely come back.

I went in looking for a car in a specific price range with a specific range in monthly costs. We found a vehicle they answered all questions we had and gave us a lot of info on the car and its history of owners. I appreciated the kinda and friendly attitudes they brought too the table with willingness too help me get the car I wanted in the areas I could afford and it only took them 24 hours and they got a bank will to do it.

I maybe spent too much time shopping for a new family vehicle but I knew what I wanted and what my budget was. Being from Jamestown I figured if I struck a deal I would be returning Saturday to pick up the pickup. I went into Eide with no expectations to successfully trade-in a vehicle I had been wanting to for years due to decreased value. After a a day of test driving, my brother and I both ended leasing brand new vehicles and I received a great trade-in value. WOW! Will W. in the body shop is truly AMAZING! He fixed a significant noise issue on our new transit that was converted to a camper van in Colorado. The dealers there said nothing could be done. Will had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes and it now it is as quiet as new vehicle should be. I was going to sell it because it was so annoying.
