WOW! Will W. in the body shop is truly AMAZING! He fixed a significant noise issue on our new transit that was converted to a camper van in Colorado. The dealers there said nothing could be done. Will had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes and it now it is as quiet as new vehicle should be. I was going to sell it because it was so annoying. Thanks to Will, we will have many fun adventures in our camper van!! You are THE BEST!

My husband and I were looking for a truck to haul a food trailer. It took one call to this excellent salesman named Happy!, he and the financial dept went above and beyond to help us start our dream. They put us in. 2021 Chevy Silverado crew cab, z71, low Miles, great price, and tons of fabulous warranties for our truck and a great trade in orice on our vehicle. .If you need a vehicle, please go see these guys. We set up a time and walked in and drove out with a new/used car for my daughter. We got a fair price for both the trade in and the new/used jeep. No pressure super easy experience. Talked to Chase on the phone about a pickup. Chase sent me extra pictures of the vehicle and told me everything he knew was wrong with it. Went in the next day. I went into Eide with no expectations to successfully trade-in a vehicle I had been wanting to for years due to decreased value. After a a day of test driving, my brother and I both ended leasing brand new vehicles and I received a great trade-in value. My wife's and my experience with Eide Ford Mandan was second to non today. The pickup that were wanting to buy had just gotten there and was in inspection and detail dept. Being from Jamestown I figured if I struck a deal I would be returning Saturday to pick up the pickup. Well hats off to Eide Ford of Mandan and all of their staff as we got a deal done and they git the pickup inspected and detailed in time for us to drive it home tonight. I maybe spent too much time shopping for a new family vehicle but I knew what I wanted and what my budget was.
